Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Professional at Public Storage.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, assessing their storage needs and making suggestions to meet those needs.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability are accurate.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of the daily business.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls as needed.Requirements:
  • Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to spend up to 50% of work time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
  • Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.Qualifications:
    • Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, or fast food.
