Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (Bilingual:
English/Spanish) to support AI-driven technology in the financial
services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide bilingual support via phone, email, and live chat for
retirement plan inquiries
Assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and
product-related questions
Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems to manage
customer interactions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Finance, or
IT is a plus
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support
or financial services
Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management
(401k, IRA) is advantageous
Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall is preferred
