Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician to
provide technical support and assistance to internal and external
users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware and
software issues
Maintain records of support requests in the ticketing database and
ensure prompt responses
Administer new hire hardware and software setup and conduct
training for new employees
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in computer science or a certificate in computer
technology
2 years of experience in a Help Desk role may substitute for the
degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Knowledge of PC hardware and experience supporting Microsoft
products
Ability to work flexible shifts and be on-call as needed
