A company is looking for a Total Rewards Sr Consultant -
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of escalation for complex compensation issues
Plan and oversee large compensation team projects and salary
surveys
Ensure compliance of organizational compensation programs with
policies and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant
experience
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Highly sophisticated math skills for complex calculations
Innovative mindset to develop new methods and solutions
