Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Data Analyst to manage
customer data onboarding and enhance market data and pay
transparency technology.
Key Responsibilities
Own the discovery and validation of customer data within global
compensation data models
Support data integrations and develop internal tools for improved
data accuracy
Enhance job matching methodology and collaborate with engineering
on technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Understanding of compensation systems, data elements, and
databases
Experience with compensation data integration from systems like
Workday and SuccessFactors
Knowledge of job architecture for job matching
Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
Proactive engagement with tools and platforms such as Notion and
Google Surveys
