Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Senior Workday HCM
Reporting Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with
limited direction
Understand client business requirements and guide them through
design and testing phases
Stay updated on Workday enhancements and provide exceptional
customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead Workday Reporting
consultant at a partner firm
Workday partner certifications in Workday HCM Core and Workday
Reporting
Experience writing complex HCM reports (Advanced, Composite, and
Matrix)
Detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best
practices
A strong opinion on how Workday should be implemented
