Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant, HCM - Core and Advanced Comp.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM modules
Collaborate with clients to understand HR strategies and translate them into Workday solutions
Conduct workshops and training sessions on advanced compensation best practices

Required Qualifications

Workday HCM and Recruiting certifications are required
Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring Workday HCM solutions
Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices
Experience with Talent, Learning, and Compensation modules is desired
Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
