Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Record Custodian to
join their Regulatory Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfill subpoena and subrogation requests in a HIPAA compliant
manner
Ensure team compliance with regulatory procedures and support
training initiatives
Conduct audits and collaborate with relevant departments to
maintain compliance levels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year experience in health plan compliance
1+ year experience with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS
ACA requirements
Knowledge of HIPAA & Privacy Regulations
Experience in a startup or health tech environment is a plus
