About the Role:
Support International Operations under management of Aviation Lead
for all Aviation aspects. The role will provide, direction and
expert advice to operational and other stakeholders on Aviation
risks and controls.
Interface with non-HSE disciplines across the company specific to
the International Operations, and Projects region including Gulf of
Mexico, Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago.
Role will include travel up to 25%.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as focal point for Gulf of Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago
Operations technical support andaviation assurance.
Support Aviation risk management process, providing recommendations
to Principal Aviation Advisorto endorse all aviation risk bowties
and variance to aviation standard (IOGP 69x).
Support internal aviation related audits / assurance activity to
IOGP 69x Recommended Practices.
Conduct Aviation Operational Reviews in support of Aviation Risk
and Control Owners for US andTrinidad and Tobago.
Support the development of International Operations Helicopter
Operations Manual, Aviation
Management Procedures, Aviation Journey Management plans and other
local practices.
Conduct remote pilot aircraft system (RPAS) compliance desktop
audits on RPAS contractors andparticipate in RPAS activity risk
assessments.
Develop and maintain UAS program for International Operations.
Conduct annual helideck inspections for all facilities in United
States and Trinidad and Tobago.
Skills & Experience:
Qualification as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence include
certification by a national regulatory authority, a minimum of
eight years of experience in aviation maintenance, engineering, or
quality roles with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
Additional requirements may include exposure to offshore aviation
operations, two years of experience conducting aviation quality
assurance audits, evaluating maintenance quality systems, or
serving as an airworthiness inspector for an NAA.
Or
Qualification as a Commercial Pilot with a minimum Commercial Pilot
License and ideally have a minimum of 2,500 flight hours if holding
along with experience in offshore aviation activities. Five years
of experience as an Aviation Lead Auditor, with at least two audits
conducted in the past twelve months.
And
TBOSIET and offshore medical certifications is required.
Additional experience in drone piloting or maintenance is
ideal.
