A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to maximize client
engagement in automotive service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize consultative methods to drive change in designated
areas
Conduct monthly and quarterly coaching sessions to measure client
progress
Maintain CRM updates with relevant notes and changes
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in Automotive Fixed Operations
2-3 years of management experience in an Automotive Service
Department
Ability to present training material engagingly
Proven experience in leading clients to effective solutions
Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks
effectively
