A company is looking for a Computational Chemistry Leader to
drive innovation in drug discovery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the computational chemistry team and oversee the
implementation of computational methods for medicinal chemistry
projects
Mentor scientific staff and contribute to their scientific and
career development
Implement generative design and new technologies to accelerate
small molecule design
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry, Computational Medicinal
Chemistry, or a related field
8-10+ years of experience in the field
Familiarity with organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and ADME
concepts
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as
Python
Extensive expertise with molecular design software tools
