Job Description:
A company is looking for an Access Center Coordinator - Fully
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Support scheduling and pre-registration for patients, ensuring
adherence to standard processes
Provide high-quality customer service by guiding patients through
the healthcare system and resolving inquiries
Maintain accurate patient information and manage appointment
scheduling efficiently
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in insurance, managed care, or a healthcare
registration setting
Knowledge of Epic and Epic Cadence preferred
Experience in patient access or pre-services, including financial
clearance
Basic understanding of medical terminology and third-party billing
processes
