A company is looking for a Claim Technical Coach - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and coach employees on claim handling skills and best practices
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards
Facilitate training and resources for employees to enhance engagement and performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
At least 5 years of successful claim handling experience with complex files
Prior experience mentoring or leading other claim employees
Highly proficient knowledge of claim systems, processes, and policies
