Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Success Lead responsible for
managing work requests and ensuring efficient ticket
resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assign Production Operations tickets based on priority
and team member availability
Ensure accurate tracking of time spent on billable tasks and
maintain billing records
Track key performance metrics and identify trends to drive process
improvements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in managing queues, tickets, or
workflows
Understanding of ticketing systems and workflow management
Familiarity with billing processes and time tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or a related field
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel
