Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday HCM Lead (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable Workday solutions in collaboration with internal
teams
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM design and best
practices
Lead projects involving multiple Workday modules and guide junior
HRIS colleagues
Required Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent with 7+ years of HR technology experience
Deep expertise in Workday HCM & Security, including hands-on
configuration experience
Proven track record of collaborating on major Workday projects
Experience with Workday modules such as Recruiting, Advanced
Compensation, or Benefits
