Job Description:
A company is looking for a Disability Supervisor to manage and
oversee a team securing disability benefits for claimants.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach a team of employees to meet performance
metrics
Facilitate conflict resolution and escalate claims as needed
Monitor workflow and provide performance reports and process
improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
Working knowledge of the Social Security Disability process and
related regulations
Experience in customer service and dealing with complex
situations
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and
database systems
Availability to work outside normal business hours when needed
