Job Description:
A company is looking for a Notice of Appearance/Request for
Special Notice Processor in the Bankruptcy Department.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process Requests for Notice and Notices of
Appearance
File essential documents with the bankruptcy court and update
client systems
Provide support to paralegals and attorneys, and assist with
additional projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma
Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not
required
Ability to communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local
Counsel, and Debtors Attorneys
Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and
the Internet
Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
