Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist
responsible for correcting, rebilling, and collecting audited
patient accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Order and correct audited claims to payers within a limited time
frame
Collect on outstanding accounts to ensure timely reprocessing of
claims by payers
Collaborate with facility departments to resolve coding errors and
validate charges
Required Qualifications
Three years of customer service experience
One year of experience in a PSR / Account Resolution department
Experience in billing or collection within the last three years
One year of experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and
database applications
Demonstrated ability to embrace and manage change positively
