Implement cutting-edge training methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Analyze training data to identify skill gaps and optimize training strategies. Leverage performance management tools to measure training effectiveness. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive production training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials and sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Maintain and update training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Leverage instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
  • Utilize performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging training technologies.Qualifications & Required Skills
    • Education or experience in Business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in production training or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing plant required.
    • Must be comfortable training others on machines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and measure training outcomes.
    • Experience with performance management and coaching.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.Must be able to travel in the Houston Area.
