Responsibilities:
--- Prepare well-drafted legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and orders to represent clients effectively
--- Advocate proficiently on behalf of clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected
--- Identify, resolve, and prevent legal issues for clients, offering comprehensive legal solutions
--- Collaborate closely with paralegals and lead attorneys to streamline family litigation processes efficiently
--- Manage and address discovery requests promptly and effectively, ensuring all necessary information is provided
--- Represent clients in hearings and trials related to custody, support, and property matters with professionalism and expertise
--- Engage in mediation sessions and negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable resolutions for clients

Qualifications:
--- Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree
--- Have 5+ years of experience in Texas Family Law
--- Salary will be based on the candidate's level of experience; well-experienced and/or board-certified attorneys at a higher range
--- Should be capable of managing all aspects of family law cases, starting from initial pleadings to discovery, mediation, temporary hearings, trial, final order, and post-judgment
