Role: Sample Manager v10 Functional Consultant/Business Analyst

Role Description: The Sample Manager v10 Functional Consultant/Business Analyst would need to have at least 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the team with configuring and deploying solutions based on the Sample Manager v 10 solutions.

- Develop and maintain a high level of Sample Manager/LIMS product knowledge expertise, including new product development, revisions, and releases.

- Assist the team with the development and implementation of enhancements and the revisions to meet the needs of the client.

- Provide functional support to colleagues and clients on Sample Manager v 10 capabilities.

- Acts as an internal resource for the consultation to other department members to provide functional expertise, training on Sample Manager v 10 software capabilities and assist in the creation of possible solutions to resolve business needs.

- Obtain requirements from Internal/External Clients and provide solutions.

- Maintain day-to-day functional system support and provide functional knowledge of Sample Manager v 10 to the teams responsible for development activities.

- Actively involved in being responsible for functional consultation assisting with testing, and providing functional knowledge of Sample Manager v 10 for the implementation.

Required Skills:

- B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline including Software Engineering; Electrical Engineering; or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.

- 1 year of hands-on experience and/or experience training a team with Sample Manager v 10 is mandatory.

- Experience training a team on how to use Sample Manager v 10 properly is strongly preferred.

- Experience with documentation: SDLC Documentation, Installation Instructions, Change Requests, Test Protocols, and Training Materials.

- Requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound judgment, with the ability to work effectively with other Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Developers, help desk, and End Users/Customers.

- Possess previous experience in systems analysis, design and development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. (Preferred)

- Individual must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have demonstrated good problem solving and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and can also work with limited or no supervision on projects.

- The candidate needs to have attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
