JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and documentbusiness requirements related to SAP S4 HANA modules.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for processoptimization through the effective use of SAP S4 HANA.
    • Configure SAP S4 HANA modules based on business requirements, ensuringalignment with best practices.
      • Design and document functional specifications for SAP S4 HANA solutions,ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.
        • Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing,and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the system meets the specifiedrequirements.
          • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped toeffectively use the SAP S4 HANA system.
            • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensuresuccessful implementation of SAP S4 HANA projects.
              • Work closely with IT, finance, supply chain, Service and other departments toensure seamless integration of SAP S4 HANA with other enterprise systems.
                • Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes, systemconfigurations, and functional specifications.
                  • Stay current with the latest SAP S4 HANA updates and industry trends torecommend new features or improvements to the system. QUALIFICATIONSEducation
                    • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or arelated field. Experience
                      • Knowledge of HubSpot, Concur SAP and Integrations would be a plus.
                      • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP S4 HANA.
                      • Proven experience in full-cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations andupgrades.
                        • In-depth knowledge of one or more SAP S4 HANA modules (e.g., FICO, MM,Procurement, SD etc.). Skills
                          • Strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA architecture and functionality.
                          • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
                          • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
                          • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
                          • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
                          • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
                          • SAP S4 HANA certification is a plus.Experience:
