Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Business
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic consultant to leadership on HR-related matters
and align HR strategies with business objectives
Lead talent management processes, including performance management
and succession planning
Manage employee relations issues and champion initiatives to
enhance employee engagement and company culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a
strategic HRBP or senior HR role
Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and
influencing decision-making
Experience managing organizational change and driving cultural
transformation
Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk
management
