Job Description:

USPI is seeking a skilled Perioperative RN to join our team at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Park Ten. As a Registered Nurse in this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care using the nursing process and medical plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations.
  
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  
• Maintain current Texas Nursing License, CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
  
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors, and the public.
  
• Adapt to change quickly and possess a strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient.
  
• Understand principles of aseptic technique and their implementation.
  
• Care for patients from infancy to geriatrics, with excellent teaching skills and a basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  *Experience working in an ASC is a plus.
  *Must be team-oriented and patient-focused.
