  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system (Athena preferred).
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management strategies. What You Bring to the Team- Family Medical Physician:
    • Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required).
    • 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience post-residency is preferred, but not required-new graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Unrestricted State License or eligibility for licensure.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
    • DEA Registration or eligibility to register.
    • Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
    • Comfortable using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is a plus.
