Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Call Center Advisor
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls from Tier 1 advisors, pet owners, and retail partners
requiring pharmacy technician support
Process orders and manage prescription-related data in the pharmacy
systems
Communicate with other departments and perform outbound calls to
veterinary hospitals for prescription facilitation
Required Qualifications and Education
Currently licensed or certified as a Pharmacy Technician in Oregon
state
High School diploma or G.E.D
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
