Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chinese Speaking Clinical Care
Coordinator - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a monthly allocation of patients and ensure consistent
care
Conduct monthly telephonic interactions to assess patient health
status and encourage treatment compliance
Document patient interactions and update individual Care Plans
accurately
Required Qualifications
Clinical credentials such as CMA, RMA, LPN, or equivalent
Minimum 1-year experience in a clinical setting or patient
environment
Fluent in Chinese and English
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, including EMR
platforms
Must have a HIPAA compliant area in the home for conducting virtual
care services
