Job Description:
As a key member of our store leadership team, the Framing
Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional custom framing
solutions to our customers.The ideal candidate will have a passion
for art, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership
skills.Main Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of framers to achieve sales and quality
targets
- Assist Store Manager in maintaining store standards and
SOPs
- Develop and implement custom framing sales strategies
- Maintain inventory management processes to optimize stock
levels and reduce waste
- Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to company
policies and procedures
- Partner with MODs to drive sales and customer engagement
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new team
members
- Contribute to performance management and talent development
activitiesRequirements
- Basic computer skills and experience in custom framing
- Previous retail management experience and leadership
skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to
changing prioritiesWork Environment
- Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and
some stock rooms
- Ability to move throughout the store and lift heavy boxes and
