Job Description:

As a key member of our store leadership team, the Framing Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional custom framing solutions to our customers.The ideal candidate will have a passion for art, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership skills.Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of framers to achieve sales and quality targets
  • Assist Store Manager in maintaining store standards and SOPs
  • Develop and implement custom framing sales strategies
  • Maintain inventory management processes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Partner with MODs to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Contribute to performance management and talent development activitiesRequirements
    • Basic computer skills and experience in custom framing
    • Previous retail management experience and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWork Environment
      • Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some stock rooms
