A company is looking for a Front-end Software Engineering
Manager with a strong background in UI/UX development and team
management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of engineers while promoting a positive
culture
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of features, including design,
development, and testing
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize engineering initiatives
and manage operational excellence
Required Qualifications
BS, MS, or PhD in computer science with at least 5+ years of
industry experience
1+ years of experience managing developers
Proven track record of shipping software and meeting deadlines
Deep hands-on technical expertise in Typescript and React web
apps
Experience managing a team of 3 or more engineers
