Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Case Management to
oversee clinical operations and medical management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Set team priorities and coordinate work activities
Provide ongoing training, conduct call monitoring, and implement
performance improvement plans
Serve as the clinical liaison for discharge planning and identify
opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted nursing license in the state of New
Jersey
Must reside in the state of New Jersey
CCM certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of
employment
3+ years of managed care experience
1+ years of leadership experience (manager, supervisor, team lead,
SME)
