Job Description:

A company is looking for a UM Administration Coordinator in the South Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

Attach faxes for chart reviews for the nursing team
Make outbound calls to verify clinical information and document calls
Request clinical information from providers and create written correspondence

Required Qualifications

1 or more years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare or customer service
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience with electronic medical record and documentation programs is preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and/or ICD-10 codes is a plus
Experience with Utilization Review and/or Prior Authorization is preferred
