A company is looking for a Job Architecture & Special Projects
Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the job architecture framework, including job
functions, families, and career pathways
Conduct job analysis and evaluation to determine job levels, salary
ranges, and career progression paths
Lead the implementation of job architecture initiatives and manage
high visibility special compensation projects
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of compensation experience in medium to large
organizations, preferably global public companies
Solid talent management experience with proven expertise in career
architecture and pathways
Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, data analytics, or
business curriculum preferred
Experience in organizational design and span of control
analysis
Ability to analyze and report on job architecture metrics and
trends
