Key Responsibilities
Define product strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams
to deliver outcomes
Manage and mentor a team of Product Leads while directly driving
specific areas
Drive initiatives to improve user, partner, and business metrics
through innovative product enhancements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a product leader with a track record of
launching high-quality software products
Experience leading complex software projects, preferably in shopper
loyalty programs and ecommerce
Strong background in managing high-performing product and
technology teams
Data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
Ability to thrive in uncertain environments with a strong sense of
ownership
