Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reliability Success Manager to drive
customer growth, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop trusted advisor relationships with technical project leads
and external stakeholders
Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure customer success and
facilitate onboarding and training
Interface with product and engineering teams to provide customer
feedback and enhance the product roadmap
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role related to
vibration analysis, reliability, and maintenance operations
Vibration Analysis CAT 2+ certification required
Experience in driving customer adoption and growth in technical
solutions
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bi-lingual skills in Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese,
German, or French are a plus
