Job Description:
A company is looking for an Individual Account Manager to manage
distribution relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for advisors, TPAs, and plan sponsors,
addressing requests from basic to complex
Facilitate scheduled calls with distribution partners to discuss
outstanding items and company updates
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client-related issues and
ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of client relationship management experience, preferably
in the retirement industry
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Knowledge of 401(k), IRA, 403(b), and 457 plans
Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
Technical proficiency and adaptability to learn multiple
systems
