Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Senior Governance and
Control Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the governance and control function for U.S. Consumer Banking,
managing risk identification and financial crimes risk
Provide people management leadership, including hiring, developing
staff, and managing performance
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment with
enterprise best practices and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk, and control
functions
Advanced knowledge of risk management standards and regulations
Experience in financial crimes compliance and related processes
Strong understanding of money movement processes across various
payment platforms
