Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to support
its mission of democratizing the AI revolution in a compliant
manner.
Key Responsibilities
Own and operate the company's compliance programs and introduce
changes based on emerging laws and regulations
Coordinate internal and external audits, reviews, and examinations
of processes and data
Interact with regulators and customer InfoSec teams regarding
compliance issues
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
Minimum 7 years of data privacy compliance or related legal
experience
Demonstrated expertise in data privacy laws, including EU GDPR
Experience in identifying and assessing compliance risks across
various functions
Strong stakeholder management experience and skills
