Job Description:
Sales Manager
This is an exciting position at a young real estate brokerage in
start-up/growth mode.--We are good at what we do currently, but
want to improve and go to the next level.
This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a business and
be a part of something big!--We will give you a base salary plus
profit sharing directly tied to your efforts.----There is no limit
to amount of profit sharing. Year two and beyond will hopefully
greatly surpass these estimates.
Your job is to help grow the company by hiring the right realtors,
monitoring and equipping them to hit their sales targets, and, most
of all, helping ensure we have happy customers.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting
--- In charge of all recruiting efforts.
--- In charge of hiring decisions along with broker/owner.
--- Continually improving recruiting efforts and systems to
maximize efficiency, culture fit, revenue and customer
satisfaction.
Onboarding
--- In charge of onboarding agents.
--- Oversee onboarding process and efforts.
--- Continually improve/tweak onboarding processes and systems.
Sales growth
--- Responsible for hitting revenue, net profit, and customer
satisfaction targets of company.
--- Identifies new ways to increase conversation rates, lead
sources, and revenue.
--- Creates key performance indicators and holds entire company
accountable.
--- Monitor realtors' communications, daily schedule, and key
performance indicators.
--- Coaches and holds team accountable as appropriate.
Training and systems
--- You are not expected to be a system guru.But you ensure that
the team is well trained, standard operating procedures are
documented and followed, and any bottlenecks in efficiency and
systems that would hinder targets are addressed.
--- Create automations and efficiencies to minimize time and
maximize revenue and customer satisfaction when appropriate.
Qualifications:
--- You are comfortable with a start up mentality: moving fast,
being resourceful, and building a company from scratch.
--- You are a "go-getter" and find ways to get things done.
--- You want to be part of something big!
--- Commits to working Monday-Friday 8:00/8:30 am to 5:00/5:30 pm
(40 hours a week).
--- Plans to work in person/onsite with the owner of the company
4-5 days a week
--- Comfortable with taking and providing honest feedback.
--- Great communicator both verbally and written.
--- Comfortable learning and using technology (CRM, Google Suite,
etc.).
--- Seeking those with past sales and sales management experience.
The title doesn't have to perfectly match, but must be able to
demonstrate skills needed for the role.
