Job Description:
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist II to
provide technical leadership and support in a remote
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical team lead on assigned projects and
programs
Research and evaluate future technology directions and provide
recommendations
Troubleshoot hardware and application configurations to enhance
workstation performance
Required Qualifications
5 years of professional work experience
Experience supporting Telecom
Proficiency in MDM, O365 troubleshooting, and user management
Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, computer
science, or related field
Knowledge of data communication and network concepts
